Sensory notes

Complex nose with elevated tertiary perfumes and dry fruit notes. Given the long yeast maturation this wine has a full, persistent and very elegant palate.

Vinification

Without maceration, at 20°C, no malolactic fermentation.
Elevate in stainless steel and then re-fermentation in the bottle for at least 12 months.
