Pale yellow color, with golden reflections. The nose is complex and elegant, typical vanilla scent reminiscent of pastry , melted butter and also ripe fruit. Promising palate, mineral fresh and full bodied.
Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation is triggered in small French oak barrels without temperature control. The wine remains on its lees until bottling for about seven months. Complete malolactic fermentation.
